User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Pricing

• Free Preview: Generate low-resolution preview portraits (limited to 3 per day for anonymous users)
• Paid Unlock: $4.99 to unlock high-resolution version of any generated portrait
• Premium Features: Additional services may be offered at varying prices

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and authorize us to charge your payment method for the specified amount.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion in cases of technical issues or service failures. Please contact support@soulmatedrawing.ai within 48 hours of purchase if you experience any issues.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Soulmate Drawing AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

By creating content through our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your generated portraits in our gallery feature (if you choose to make them public). You retain ownership of your personal data and can request deletion at any time.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated portraits created through our Service are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may share your portraits on social media or with friends, but commercial use requires our written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Entertainment Purposes

Our astrological readings and AI-generated portraits are provided for entertainment purposes only. They should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in matters of health, finance, relationships, or any other important life decisions.

No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulmate Drawing AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harmful behavior toward other users
• At our sole discretion for any other reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
